General Policy
AI Prime Info primarily provides digital products, software development, API integration, algorithmic trading solutions and technical consulting services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are generally considered final once work has commenced or digital access has been provided.
Subscription Services
Subscription fees for algorithmic trading platforms, software access, maintenance plans and hosted services are non-refundable once the subscription period has started. Clients may cancel future renewals at any time; however, the current billing period will remain active until its expiry.
Software Development Services
Payments made for custom software development, strategy development, API bridge integration, automation solutions or any customized project are non-refundable once development has started. Since these services involve dedicated technical resources, time and project planning, refunds cannot be issued after project initiation.
Implementation & Setup Charges
Charges related to installation, deployment, configuration, server setup, API activation, broker integration or onboarding services are non-refundable after successful completion of the implementation process.
Client Cancellation
If a client decides to discontinue a project after development has started, payments already received will not be refunded. Any completed work may be delivered based on the project stage and contractual agreement.
Service Interruptions
AI Prime Info strives to maintain reliable services at all times. Temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, third-party providers, brokers, exchanges or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds.
Exceptional Refund Requests
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of AI Prime Info. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed and will depend upon the nature of the service, project status and contractual obligations.
Third-Party Charges
Payments made to third-party service providers, brokers, exchanges, cloud hosting companies, payment gateways or software licensing partners are governed by their respective refund policies and cannot be refunded by AI Prime Info.
Modification of Policy
AI Prime Info reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
